Dear Kenneth, Scott, Larry and Nancy, My sister just called to let me know about Leta. We are so sorry to hear of your loss. So many memories came flooding back when I heard. I often think of the good times we had with all of the children growing up and living so close together. Not many days went by that Leta and I didn't share a cup of coffee or at least talk to each other. You kids couldn't get away with much that we didn't know about. She was such a joy to be around. I pray that God grant you the strength you will need as you face your grief in the coming months. Love, Martha and Arlon

Nan, my heart broke when I heard the news but then I giggled because my thoughts went straight to... how many prayers Ms. Leta has prayed on our behalf and you know how persistent she can be; now that she has Jesus, one on one, I am certain she is bending his ear on behalf of her family and friends...because that is the Leta I know and love.
My prayers are with you and your family...love you,
PW

So sorry to hear about Leta's passing. She will be missed by many, as she always cared so much for all, especially her children. Your family has always been so close to ours (like cousins), as she was like an aunt to us Culver kids. I'll always remember the family trips to visit in Texas "Hook Um Horn's". And I'll never forget how she was always making clothes, quilts or special outfits for everyone's kids.
Sorry we cannot be there,
Our sympathy and Love,
Vernon, Jackie, Sierra Culver
My sister JeanFoster and I would like to express our sympathy to your family. We loved your mom . I will always remember how kind and loving she was to our mother, Lillie Franklin. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Kenneth and family:
I just learned of Leta passing and want you all to know how special a friend she was to me. We were supposed to have lunch next week when I got back to the US. She was such a wonderful person and was always talking about the grand kids. She was so proud of all of you. Sorry I will miss her services but she knows I'm there in spirit. I will miss her much. God will help you all through this. Love to you all.
Nancy and family: I too was blessed by your mothers friendship. I worked with her when she was with the court system and I was with the Sheriff's Department. Then when my daughter had twins, Jagger and Addison, she was always there for me and my family when Addison was so very ill.
She always sent a message to me and our family telling me that Faith and Paige sent their love and prayers for "little Addie"!
Leta helped me through many sad times and shared with me in the good times. She was always there if I needed her.
I will always remember her. I will keep you and your family in our prayers. I know Leta is watching down on all of you with smiles and love from her heart.

I was deeply sadden to hear of the loss of Mrs Leta. I met her & Mr. Kenneth many years ago. Was blessed to also know her parents. Mrs Leta took me in like one of her own. She made my son Vance's baby bedding 4 yrs ago and loved calling to check on us. We would chat about the grand kids and how they are growing so fast. She was very Proud. I was so Blessed and Honored to call Mrs Leta a dear friend/family. Prayers for all of her family & friends. I know she is in Heaven with Beautiful wings. Love Lynne
Larry, Georgeine, & Carroll Family,

Dear Nancy and Family,
Your mom was one of a kind. Always greeted me with a smile and a hug. Prayers for you all in the days ahead. May the Lord bless and keep each one of you.
I am so sad Leta is no longer with us. She was a rare one for these days. Leta was always Leta. Always good and generous to everyone in her own unique way. A faithful friend no matter how disappointing your word or deed may have been to her. Agape love via that Texas Girl Leta.
My heart goes out to your family during this very hard time. I am eternally grateful for having known Leta. She was very special to me and my girls and holds a special place in my heart.
Nancy,
Saw your mom couple months ago at Cracker Barrell. We worked together in the 80's. She was so happy living in H.S. and able to be near you. She looked good so I was so sorry when Karen called me this morning (Karen Archibald) to tell me of her sudden death. My thoughts are with you.
Nancie and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom and I were sewing buddies and we talked at least once a week about sewing, our girls and granddaughters. She was a wonderful person and friend and I am really going to miss her. I pray that God will wrap his arms around each of you and comfort you during this sad time. God bless you, your Dad and all of your family
