Wayne and Family,

I just wanted you all to know how sorry I am to hear of Chris passing. We really never know. I pray that Chris had a relationship with the Lord, because if so, we shall see him once again in Heaven. Please know that you all are in our prayers and thoughts.

Remember....

Seek the Lord and his stength, seek his face continually.
1 Chronicles 16:11

Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Matthew 5:4

And my favorite promise of all....

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Revelation 21:4

Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Galatians 1:3

Keeping you all in our prayers always!

My heart is heavy from the passing of my lifetime friend. The smile in that picture hasn't changed in the 30+ years that I have known Chris. I have no doubt his kindness will live on through his boys.

I want to say to say to the Stone Family & other relatives & friends that knew Chris, I am very sorry for the loss of a true friend. Chris was indeed a good friend & I enjoyed the times with him @ Rivercrest c/o93. It hurts so bad to see that he died of a massive heart attact & at the age 37 like my husband (Freddy Childress) I am asking the Lord to continue to guide & be with you/us all thru this hard time. Love you all sincerely Janet

I had the opportunity to get to know and become friends with Chris while he was our SRO at West School and sweet Noah was my student. Chris was a great guy and could always make me laugh. I'm so glad we stayed in touch throughout the years. My prayers are with all of you, especially Noah and Jacob. He was so proud of his boys.

Chris and I worked together at Lowe's in the late 1990s, while I was at ASU. We worked together for about three years. Rich kids had fraternities. We working kids had Lowe's. It was a fraternity too. Chris and I connected again on FaceBook a couple of years ago. We commented on each others posts and pictures regularly. We also messaged each other privately about things going on in our lives. It never felt like we had not seen each other in ten years. We had remained good friends. I will miss him so much. My heart goes out to his boys, his niece, his brother, his parents, and all of his family. He was a great person.
