Allie Jean Rackley, 74 of Ashdown, Arkansas formerly of Paris passed away on December 31, 2012 in Texarkana, Texas. She was born on January 4, 1938 in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana to her parents Augusta and Cornella (Cole) Lyons. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Ashdown.

Allie is preceded in death by her parents, Augusta and Cornella Lyons; one son, John Paul Rackley; two sisters and one brother.

Allie is survived by her husband of 49 years Donald Rackley of Ashdown, Arkansas; three sons, Donald Rackley and wife Debra of London, Arkansas, Branden Rackley of Ashdown, Arkansas and Marvin Rackley of Ashdown, Arkansas; one brother, Orville Lyons of Kentucky; one granddaughter Kasey Rackley of Russellville, Arkansas; one great-granddaughter and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with burial in Wares Chapel Cemetery in Scranton, Arkansas under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Pallbearers will be Logan Barbee, Matt Owens, Kaleb Owens, Cameron Owens, Austin Bridges and Drew Bridges.

My mother is Jane Hickman i am sending this message of sorrow for u and ur family at the loss of ur loved one. Mom isn't able to share with u so out of love for her i am relaying a message to your from her. She has fond memories of Jean Rackley and when she would come to visit her at her home in Union community. May ur have peace and comfort know that ur loved one is with the lord
