Cleadus Wilson ''Smokey'' Turbyfill III, age 67, resident of Paron, died Thursday, November 29. He was retired after 30 years at Alcoa.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Cleadus Turbyfill II.

Mr. Turbyfill is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patsy Taylor Turbyfill; Son, Steven Turbyfill; Daughter, Stephanie and husband Matt Brooks; 2 Grandsons, Blake and Jared Brooks; daughter, Danielle Turbyfill; Brother, Forrest Turbyfill and wife Shawna; Sister, Iris Michelle Brown.

A graveside memorial service will be held 2 P.M. Saturday, December 8, 2012, at Bolin cemetery in Paron, with Bro. Dennis Gage officiating. Burial will follow.
