Dear Tina and Rickey. I wanted to say although you already know, I loved Linda so very much. We laugh so hard together, and cried the same. We had such long and serious talks and funny talks as well, sitting right there in your carport. I will always have such unique and wonderful memories of her. Roasting weiners and marshmallows, handing out candy on halloween, dirty santa, her potato salad and brocolli and rice. Our family has been through so much together and she was there through it all too. I love yal so much and hope that God eases the pain as time goes by.

Just a note from the Chaplain at Poplar Bluff Legacy Office. Words are insufficient at a time like this. Please know we are praying for entire family. Be assured God offers comfort. All you have to do is accept His Holy Spirit hugs and words of comfort. Psalm 46

I am so sorry to read of Linda's death. I never had the pleasure of meeting any of her family. She did tell me where her son lived in Pocahontas. I grew up there so I knew exactly which house she was telling me he lived. She was my best bud in our first year of nursing at MCCC. She was in my home many times as she would come to my house in Blytheville, we would meet 3 other classmates in Deering, Missouri and off we would go to Malden for our A&P class. Linda was so much fun and I was lost when she left our class to pursue her LPN career. We visited each other for awhile and then life just got too busy for both of us, I guess. I really regret that I didn't make more of an effort to stay in touch with her. I will always have wonderful memories of her. Hold on to your memories, and let them comfort you during this time of sorrow.
