Harold "Pops" Thomas Ewart

Harold “Pops” Ewart, 84, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Friday, June 29, 2012 at Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Ewart was born January 31, 1928 at Helena and he worked as a groundskeeper for the local golf courses.

He is survived by his son, Thomas Ewart of Northern California; five daughters, Beverly Zenoble, Trudy Ewart of California, Deborah Ewart of West Helena, Nancy Mitchell (Everett) of West Helena, and Cathy Ewart; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ada Reeder Ewart; and a son, Harry Jackson Ewart.

Graveside services for Harold Ewart will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, July 13, 2012 at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Reverend Dusty Rhodes will officiate.
