George Louis Palmer

George Louis Palmer was born August 10, 1939 in Johnson County, Arkansas. He was the son of the late David Clint and Mary Alice Sams Palmer. He died April 22, 2012, at Johnson Regional Medical Center, Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 72. He was a truck driver. He is preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Amanda Renee Palmer; sisters, Patsy Jane Palmer, Clara Wilson, Hanna Hutchinson; two brothers, Warren Palmer and Henry Palmer.

He leaves behind his wife, Geneva Palmer of Lamar, Arkansas; three daughters, Pamela Sue Palmer of Springdale, Arkansas, Diana Palmer of Lamar, Arkansas, Marian Renne Johnson of Lamar, Arkansas; two brothers, William Palmer of Lamar, Arkansas and David Palmer of Lamar, Arkansas; four sisters, Maude Holman of Clarksville, Arkansas, Mary Hale of Hartman, Arkansas, Alice Harmon of Lamar, Arkansas, Joyce Palmer of Lamar, Arkansas; five granddaughters, K.T. Turner, Rodney Palmer, Ryan Turner, Paige Johnson, Teresa Johnson; five great-granddaughters, Kaydince Turner, Kenneth Turner, Savannah Turner, Ruger Turner, Willow Turner.

Celebration of Life will be held 10:00 a.m., Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Twin Bridges, Hagarville, Arkansas.

Memorials can be made to the family to help with medical bills.
