Raymond Douglas Johnson

Raymond Douglas Johnson was born February 25, 1943 in Lamar, Arkansas. He was the son of Mike and Edna Kaye Robinson Johnson. He was a salvage worker. He died April 14, 2012, at Ozark Nursing Home, Ozark, Arkansas at the age of 69. He is preceded in death by one son, Raymond I. Johnson; three brothers, Bill Johnson, Charles Johnson, Bobby J. Johnson; three sisters, Fidge Raymond, Faye Harris, Bertha Bruton.


He leaves behind his wife, Glenna Johnson of Dover, Arkansas; six sons, Jessie Johnson and Richard Johnson both of Coal Hill, Arkansas, Jody Johnson and Aaron Johnson both of Russellville, Arkansas, Bradley Johnson of Dover, Arkansas, Michael Weiland of Michigan; three daughters, Brandy Wiggins of Knoxville, Arkansas, Rachel Johnson of Russellville, Arkansas, Tina Fockler of Michigan; two sisters, Rose Moore and E.T. of Lavaca, Arkansas, Betty Morse and Ernie Brandenburg of Alma, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.


Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2012, Holman Cemetery, Lamar, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Holman Cemetery, Lamar, Arkansas. Reverend Amos Pledger officiating.
