Warren W. “Smitty” Smith, 76, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord Friday, March 30, 2012 at his residence. He was born on August 27, 1935 in Scott, Arkansas, a son of the late William H. and Cora Odle Smith. He was a kind and generous man, always willing to give to whoever was in need. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Loael and Jerry Smith.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Dean; daughter, Gayle Carraro and Pete of Little Rock; sister Leoda Nelson of Little Rock; brother, John O. Smith of Lonoke; his dog Trixie; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m., Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, (501)455-5800.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 2, 2012, at Life Line Baptist Church, 7601 Baseline Road, Little Rock, with Reverend Jeff Dial officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Alexander, Arkansas.
