Greetings from Ames Iowa. I want to let the family of Mrs. Doris know that the church family and friends at Friendship Baptist Church in Ames will greatly miss her. We enjoyed getting to know this fun and godly christian woman whom we grew to love very much. Mrs. Doris attended our church and actively got involve in our church ministries while staying a few months with her daughter Trichsa. No job was to small or too big for Mrs. Doris to help out with. She had a great love for our young people. To the family, find comfort in knowing that Mrs. Doris had a personal relationship with God and will be ok. It is tough for those of us left behind. We should seek comfort in God' words,"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Turst in God; trust also in me. John 14.1 and "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I willuphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10 Brenda Thorbs-Weber
