George McCoy age 67 passed away January 27, 1997 at Mountain View, Arkansas. He was born March 30, 1929 at Big Flat, Arkansas.
He is survived by four sons: Charles Taylor, Link McCoy, Ronnie H. McCoy all of Big Flat, Arkansas and Ronnie McCoy of Mountain View, Arkansas, three daughters: Cathy Jones, Linda Smith and Lisa Rose all of Mountain View, Arkansas, three brothers: Steve McCoy and Bobby McCoy of Big Flat, Arkansas and David McCoy of Prue, Kansas, one sister: Estelene Smitz of Derby, Kansas, ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 29, 1997 at the Big Flat Church of Christ with Don Patterson officiating. Pallbearers were Jeff Ramsey, Carl Chadwick, Ralph Daughtery, Jimmy Tilley, Jeff McCoy and Mike Fefrtl.
Burial was in the Treat Cemetery in Big Flat, Arkansas under the direction of Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas.
