Robert Wayne Stepp, was born December 21, 1956 in Oark, Arkansas. He was the son of the late Banner Stepp. He died at his home on May 26, 2009 at the age of 52. He was a saw mill worker and worked for Tyson. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death two brothers, Joseph Stepp, Gary Stepp; two sisters, Shirley Stepp and Phyllis Stepp.

He leaves behind his mother, Hazel Lee Rylee of Clarksville, Arkansas; five sisters, Verdell and husband, Leon Hill of Altus, Arkansas, Juanita and husband, William Hill of Ozone, Arkansas, Barbara Warren of Ozone, Arkansas, Carolyn and husband, Joe Merkling of Oark, Arkansas, Pamela and husband, Darrell Cannon of Clarksville; three brothers, Phillip Jimbo and wife, Patty Stepp of Hartman, Arkansas, Douglas Stepp of Hunt, Arkansas, Marvin and wife, Darlene Stepp of Hunt, Arkansas.

Pallbeaers: Tony Marvel, Charlie Stepp, Sam Stokes, Kenny Stepp, Raymond Hogue, Eugene Hill, Jake Hill.

Honorary Pallbearers: Leon Hill, James Hogue, Larry Hogue.

Visitation will be 7-8 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2009, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2009, at the Oark Community Church, Oark, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Oark Cemetery, Oark, Arkansas. Reverend David Zeiler officiating.
