William A. “Bill” Duerson, Jr., 83, of England, went to be with the Lord Monday November 22, 2004.  He was an accountant and a Navy Veteran of World War II serving at Pearl Harbor.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in England.

Mr. Duerson is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Elizabeth “Liz” Duerson of England, AR.; one son, Kerry Duerson (Sandie) of England, AR.; two daughters, Barbara Henderson (Robert) of Jacksonville, AR. and Melissa Harmon (Rod) of Denver, Colorado.; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be Wednesday, November 24, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church in England, AR.  The family requests memorials to Arkansas Hospice Foundation or The First United Methodist Church of England.
