Artie M. “Mamaw” Jones, 89, of Coy, AR., passed away Sunday, November 21, 2004.  She was born April 15, 1915 at Nimrod, Arkansas to the late Claude and Hester Johnson Camp.

She was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in England, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Luid Jones; one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter, one sister and three brothers.

She is survived by two sons, Bobby Jones and wife Janith of England, AR., Ralph Jones and wife Carolyn of Coy, AR.; four daughters, Juanita Montgomery of Alexander, AR., Louise Jones of North Little Rock, AR., Shirley Walls and husband Tommy of Pearcy, AR., Margaret Jones of Coy, AR.; one brother, Arvie Camp of Santa Clara, CA.; five sisters, Martha Jones of Tulare, CA., Lorene Carey of Oak Park, MI., Murlene Frizzell of Madison Heights, MI., Modell Camp and Bobbie Tipton of Conway, AR.; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A master seamstress, quilter, gardener and cook, our homes and hearts are filled with her loving masterpieces.

With Papaw and Jennifer by her side, Sunday dinners in Heaven will never be the same.

Visitation will be Tuesday 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Landmark Baptist Church.  Services will be Wednesday 2:00 P.M. at Landmark Baptist Church in England, AR. by Bro. David Jimerson with burial in Mulberry Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Jade Jones, Casey Jones, Cody Jones, Jarod Maynard, Jonathan Maynard and Jonah Maynard.

Honorary pallbearers are Bobby Jones, Jr., Jeffrey Jones, Danny Maynard, Jr., Jeremy Jones and Gerald Holland.

Memorials may be made to Mulberry Cemetery or Individual’s Choice.
