Flossie was my wonderful Great Aunt who I loved to spend time with when I came to Arkansas to visit my Great Grandparents (Maw and Paw). Aunt Flossie was a wonderful, kind, classy lady. I will always remember the last time I spent time with her (she climbed down into a submarine at age 91 with me and several others in the family!). She was amazing and nothing ever seemed to slow her down. I am thankful that she was in my life and think of her often. I know she is in good company where she is now. I can just hear her giving her younger brother (my Grandpa) a few orders! Lots of Love, Becky

We loved meeting and getting to know Ms. Flossie. She was a very special lady with the sweetest smile. After one visit with her, she made you feel like you had known her for a long time. She was so engaging. Please let the love in your heart and your memories comfort you all.

Flossie had the most beautiful smile, and a wonderful spirit. I attended church with her at Parkway Place Baptist Church, and will miss her so much. She looked forward to going to heaven, so you, the family will meet her again someday. Ruth Deaton

Mrs. McMurry employed me at the Arkansas State Hospital in the early seventies. She was a wonderful boss. I attended school with Larry, her son and am so sorry for your loss. She was a beautiful and kind woman.

We send our love and prayers to you on the loss of your loved one, Flossie (or as some called her with love Frostie). We were members of Baptist Tabernacle for many years and loved Flossie. She played for our wedding. She was a wonderful Christian lady. She always had that sweet smile for everyone. Her talent on the organ was a gift from God and she always used that gift for Him. May God give you comfort and peace at this time.

There will be an empty place in the hearts of many whose lives were touched by your Mother. Your Mother honored all of life by the way she loved those who shared it with her. She will be warmly remembered, deeply missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. Flossie and my Mother were long time friends. Flossie came to mother's (Martha Coates) visitation two years ago and that is the last time I saw her. She was a wonderful person and loved her family and church and friends. I know you will all miss her. God bless and comfort you.
