This makes me very sad. "Mrs. Edmo" was one in a million! I was a freshman at Lyon College when she and Dr. Ed Mosley lived in the Spraggins Faculty house. I remember her and "Edmo" opening their home to welcome us to the campus. She will be sorely missed! Peace be with the family and know that your relative touched many lives for the better!

Our family wanted to express their sincere condolences in this your time of sorrow. We found this verse encouraging during our time of loss. "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God." 2 Corinthians 1:3,4. At John 5:28,29 Jesus spoke about the hope of the resurrection. You are in our thoughts as well.

John, teaching science with your mother at Batesville Intermediate/Middle School were some of the most memorable years of my teaching career. She was loving and so much fun! I treasure her friendship and the knowledge she share so freely with me about the science world. I remember a trip we traveled together to Huntsville, Alabama to a 3 day teacher workshop at the NASA center. We had a blast and I have pictures of her that I love to revisit from time to time. I am so sorry to hear of her passing and extend my sympathy to you, Know that you are in my prayers. She loved you so much and was so proud of you.

John - Your mom was my 6th grade teacher and your dad worked with mine at AC. She was my favorite elementary school teacher and will forever be known as MeMo to me. She had a way of making each student feel important and loved. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
