Ella Jean Davis, 85, of Cave City, formerly of Mountain View, died Thursday.

She was born September 15, 1930 in Billings, Montana and was the daughter of William Elsworth and Evelyn Elizabeth (Bell) Cross. She was a retired state government employee in Wyoming and was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors are her daughters, Jan Troutman of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Joyce Kemp of Cave City.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Thomas Davis.

No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are by Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
