The cash famley lived in my grandmother Briggs neighbors when we're growing up...I rembeber Bill as a young man,and member of Scout troop 151. He was a Stare scout in Edgar Mc Cowns' troop. his father used His truck to hall us to a swiming camp out.

Bill was the youngest deacon to ever serve at West Baptist Church...at the time. He was a great help to me and others as we considered college and life.Bill was our BTU leader...Bill and the whole Cash family were and are great people...

Family of Bill Cash: I will always remember Bill as a good soldier. Set the example and took care of his people was his motto. Bill served on my staff at battalion level and later accompanied me to Ft. Bragg when the 39th Brigade deployed there for summer Camp. Please know that you are in my prayers during this heart-breaking time in your life. It is never easy to give up someone that you have spent a life-time with, but, you have to let him go. I know, I have been there (twice). Things will get better as time goes by; just turn things over to God and move on with your life.

Bill was a tremendous family friend and respected Guardsman. I rode in the back of his jeep across Camp Robinson during weekend firing, November 1967. All of my memories of him are very special.

Patty and Family,
Daddy Bill hired me to work in the office at ConAgra. He told me he thought I was tough enough for the job. Never heard that before before(loved it). He was a super boss and I thought the world of him. I know he loved his family and you will miss him. May God bless you all during this time and know you are being prayed for.
