During the short time I served on the Utility Commission, Jerry was always my mentor and guiding light. I could ask what seemed to me to be the dumbest questions, but he always made me feel it was a great question. A kind gentle good man, a fine example for all of us. I will miss him, until we hopefully meet again. Blessings to his family

Becky & Scott: Jerry was always such an encouragement to us. We have such fond memories of him throughout the years. He loved the song the quartet at West sang "Sweeter as the Days Go By"; I know he is in the Sweet Presence of our Lord! We were blessed to know him. God's peace and comfort be with you and your family.
