Eddie Anne Boling, 74, of Batesville, Arkansas died Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at a Little Rock hospital.

She was born December 30, 1939, in Pfeiffer, Arkansas to William Preston Huddleston and Alma Britten Huddleston. She graduated from Batesville High School in 1958, after transferring from Cave City. After graduation, she started a career at Sears of Batesville for 52 years from 1959 until she retired in 2011. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, playing games and outdoor activities like camping. She was an active ''Shriner wife'' and a member of the Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Bob R. Boling Sr. of Batesville; two sons, Bobby R. Boling Jr. of Batesville and Eric Boling of Jonesboro; five grandchildren, Brandon Boling and Jeremy Boling, both of Batesville, and Donovan Boling of Shongaloo, Louisiana, Tera Bryant of Clearwater, Florida, and Benjamin Bryant of Jonesboro; three great-grandchildren, Lisa Marie Boling of Shongaloo, Hayden Boling of Batesville and Hallie Grace Bryant of Jonesboro; three brothers, William P. ''Sonny'' Huddleston of Batesville, Melvyn E. Huddleston of White Hall and Ronald W. Huddleston of Idyllwild, California; and a sister, Janie Huddleston Hester of Katy, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Pallbearers will be local Masons and Shriners.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m., June 28, 2014, at Roller Crouch Chapel in Batesville.

Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Reed-Wade Road under the direction of Roller Crouch Funeral Home.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, June 27, 2014, from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm at the funeral home.

I was saddened to hear of Eddie Anne's passing. You were always the nicest and friendliest neighbors. Eddie Anne was always a very positive person and she will be missed by many.

Brandon:
Your grandma was a very sweet lady.. When she
worked at Sears down town and I worked for
J.B Kramer Wholesale, We and 4 other "girls"
had lunch together about every day. Those were
fun times. I know you have lots of special memories of her as well.

My life has been changed forever I will never stop missing my sister. She was the kindest. most caring person I've ever known. We were the sweet and sassy sisters; she was the sweet one! Heaven has gained an angel and I've lost a friend but we will meet again.
