Funeral services for Charles "Charlie" W. Waters, III, 43, of Lexa will be held Monday, August 14, 2006 at 10 a.m. at West Helena United Methodist Church in West Helena. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-9 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Burial will be at Maple Hill Cemetery in Helena. Mr. Waters passed away August 11, 2006 in Wheatley, Arkansas.
He is survived by his mother, Nora Waters of West Helena; a son, Charles "Chuck" W. Waters, IV of Indian Bay; two daughters, Mary Christine Waters of Dewitt, and Jessica Nora Waters of Lexa; 3 grandchildren, Katie, Peyton, and Kylie; a brother, John Waters of Dallas, TX; three sisters, Carole Waters Richardson and husband, Jerry of Barton, Ivy Waters McCord and husband, Scott of Dallas, GA, and Kim Waters Holland and husband, Johnny of Hot Springs; also numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mr. Waters was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. Waters, Jr.
Memorials may be made to the West Helena United Methodist Church, 109 North 6th Street, West Helena, AR 72390.
Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870) 572-2571.

I am really sorry to hear about Charlie. We had some fun times at Doughboy. Charlie was a really nice young man whose life was way too short. Kim and the rest of the family should know that we will truly miss Charlie and that our prayers and thoughts go out to all of you.
