You will be missed dearly! Rest in love Aunt Sis! Loved when you would visit with your sister(my granny)when I lived with her and my paps.
Love Always
When I thought of our family, you always came to mind as the center piece to our entire Byrd family. I will never forget the slices of bologna and cookies at your store. Sweet lady and a mind that was sharp as a tack will always be my memory.
Love you from
Robert, Tasha, Justin, Abbi, Maddox and Braylen
Ms Evelyn was loved by anyone she came in contact with. Our family loved sitting on the porch listen to her stories and laughter.
She was always the sweetest lady, and loved her family. I know she will be missed by everyone that was blessed to have her in their life. You will all be in our prayers! Henry and Billie Sue Rohrscheib
Grandma, we are going to miss you so much. You were our rock.
Evelyn was such a wonderful person. She was our next door neighbor on Bart Street, West Helena. I have memory that I will never forget about her. 48 years ago very early in the morning, Evelyn came over and told us that he had just received a phone call from my mother and my Mother wanted Fred & me to come to the Baptist Hospital where my Dad was and also bring my sister, Opal Jean Byrd & Robert along with my brother Melvin White. We thought my Dad had gotten worse however, Evelyn just could not tell us what has happened to my Dad. She was so much like part of the family, her brother was married to my sister. We were members of 2nd Baptist Church and so was she! My sons will never forget her Grocery store also!
A wonderful Christian lady who was very special to my family and will be missed by everyone who knew her
