Linda Jean Flynn Johnston, age 66, of Elaine, Arkansas passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017 in Little Rock. Mrs. Johnston was born February 24, 1951 in California to the late John and Mary Jean Flynn. She was a member of Elaine Methodist Church. Mrs. Johnston like gardening, baking and cooking. She loved Christmastime and spending time with her grandkids.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Eddie Johnston; two daughters, Stacy Johnston and Mary Kay Mora (Ramiro, Jr.), both of Tripp, South Dakota; five grandchildren, Mitch Yarbrough, Brittany Yarbrough (M.J.), Drake Johnston (Jessica), Nicholas Mora and Kayla Mora; six great-grandchildren, Quentin Yarbrough, Lily Blaine, Vega Yarbrough, Izabelle Yarbrough, Ava Bourland and Savannah Knuckles; three sisters, Anna Griffin of Elaine, Joyce Henry of Hampton and Angie Sandlin (Chris) of Gould; sister-in-law, Judy Johnston (Ron Varnes) of Southaven, Mississippi; two brothers, Johnny Ray Flynn (Barbara) of Holcomb, Mississippi and Jerry Don Flynn (Cookie) of Elaine; ten nephews and three nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A service for Linda Johnston will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Reverend Melissa Maskell will officiate.
Pallbearers are John Harper, Bruce Harper, David Johnston, Jacob Henry, Jonah Henry and Clay Harper.
Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870) 572-2571.
