Marion A. Thompson, 78, of Parkin, Arkansas died Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Crestpark Skilled Care of Wynne.
Mr. Thompson retired as a supervisor for Earle Industries for 40 years, he was of the Baptist Faith and a U. S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife Isabell Thompson of Parkin, AR; two sons, Wade Thompson of Parkin, AR; Brian Thompson of Wynne, AR; three brothers, Willard Thompson of Marion, AR; Charles Thompson of Wetumka, OK; and LC Thompson of Searcy, AR; two grandsons, Tucker Thompson and Tyler Thompson.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Arkansas with graveside services following at 2:30 PM at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.

I'm so sorry to hear of Mr. Thompson’s passing. Loosing a loved one is never easy. I lost my dad in 2010, and my mom in 2012. After my losses, reading Revelation 21:3,4 gave me real comfort. It says: And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. I hope reading these verses also give you comfort during this difficult time. GW
