Kenneth Paul Poley, age 83, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Monday, September 11, 2017 at his home.
Kenneth was born April 8, 1934 in Trappe, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph Warren and Carrie (Kopenhaver) Poley. He was retired from Ranger Boats where he had been employed as a tool maker. He married Betty (Coburn) Poley June 9, 1956. He was a member of Church on the Rock in Yellville, Arkansas. A jack of all trades, he enjoyed restoring old tractors and building cabinets and furniture. First and foremost, he was a family man.
Mr. Poley is survived by two sons: Mark Poley and his wife, Hollie; Wes Poley and his wife, Benita; all of Yellville, Arkansas; two daughters: Marla Fouraker and her husband, Phillip; Marilyn Yoniles and her husband, Bob; all of Yellville, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Betty Coburn Poley; three brothers: J.Warren Poley, Jr., Ronald Poley, and John Poley; and six sisters: Violet Harley, Avis Lehman, Iva Stevenson, Kathryn Tyson, Elinor Nicholson and Pauline Hoover.
A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
