Let me just say that Stacy was one of my BEST friends, if not "the best friend". I will always have many great memories with him in police work and as partners doing PI work. Stacy was very special to me, as is his family. Please know that Stacy's family will be in my prayers. Romans 8:28 1 Peter 5:7

I am so very sorry for you loss. I almost have a hard time believing this is true. I pray for the family and for the students who are grieving also. This was such a tragic accident. Help is being arraigned for the first week back to school, we would like to see no one suffer alone. Asking for help when you need it is a very brave move. Jennifer, you may be the strongest woman I will ever know, you have shown grace and dignity through all of this difficult time. I am so sorry that Stacy Mitchell has died.

I am terribly sorry to hear of Stacy's passing. He taught a Criminal Justice class with one of my grand-daughters in it. He called me and asked me to speak to the class, reference my career in L/E. I spent the day with him and his class. I have known Stacy for twelve years or so. He was fun to be around, and most of the time a laugh a minute. May God comfort you and the family during this time.
