Mary Ellen Harrison Lachowsky

Mary Ellen Harrison Lachowsky, 82, of Conway, passed away, Sunday, April 1, 2012. She was born Tuesday, September 24, 1929 in Antioch, Arkansas to the late Garland Harrison and the late Ida Mae Gaylor Harrison. Mary was a retired Associate Professor of Nursing at UCA and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway. She loved flowers, quilting and her family.

She leaves to cherish her memory; her husband of 53 years, Paul Joseph Lachowsky; daughter, Mary Lachowsky of Conway; sons, Richard Lachowsky of Bearden, Arkansas and Kenneth Lachowsky and his wife Debbi of Conway; brother, Doug Harrison and his wife Stella of Cornith, Texas; grandchildren Katelyn Hartwick and Emily Hartwick; great-grandchild, Lakyn Hartwick; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm, Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway (501)327-7727, with a rosary being said at 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be said Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 1:00pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
