Lonnie Gardner Pryor, 93, of Pleasant Valley Community (Wooster), went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 14, 2008. Lonnie was the son of the late Frank and Elizabeth Pryor.
He is also preceded in death by his first wife; Mildred Pryor of Conway; second wife; Maxine Pryor of the Pleasant Valley Community, a son; Lonnie Gardner Pryor, Jr. of Roeland Park, Kansas, and a sister; Floy Wagner of Wichita, Kansas.
Lonnie is survived by two sons; William Pryor and wife Regina of Conway, James Harley Glover, Jr. and wife Ellen of the Pleasant Valley Community; daughter-in-law, Jean Pryor of Roeland Park, Kansas; nine grandchildren, Lonnie ''L.G.'' Pryor, III and Sarah Pryor of Roeland Park, Kansas, Blake Pryor, Stephen Pryor, Logan Pryor and Matthew Pryor all of Conway, Elizabeth Glover Sketoe, Alexandra Glover Riba, James Harley Glover III, of Conway and three great-grandchildren; Ethan Riba, Grace Sketoe and Alexis Sketoe all of Conway.
Lonnie was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He previously worked as a lineman for Arkansas Power and Light Company and retired as a lineman for the Kansas City Power and Light Company. Lonnie was a Mason and a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, March 19 at 3:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Bro. Jack Bloxom officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are: Mike Sanders, Dickie Lefler, Randy Weeks, Leslie Smith III
Scott Brakebill, and Jim McClain.
Honorary Pallbearer is Doyle "Pee Wee" Reynolds.

Lonnie was a great friend of mine. We worked together at the Kansas City Power and Light for 16 years. We have exchanged Christmas cards for many years. I am so sorry for your loss and Lonnie will always be in my memories.
