William Robert Robinson, age 75, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Monday, August 1, 2016, at his home. He was born December 12, 1940 in Memphis, Tennessee, to William H. Robinson and Cleo Ricket Holland. William was preceded in death by his parents.
William was a quiet soul. He was a history buff and loved to read whenever possible. He was also a collector of many things, but coins, stamps and anything coca-cola was at the top of his list. William was a good man and husband to his wife Rita. They were lifelong friends and had been married twelve years.
William is survived by his wife, Rita D. Robinson, of the home; his sons, Robert, Blake, and Clay Robinson, Richard Parrish and Randy Dours; his daughter, Melissa Thompson; and his sister and brother-in-law, Sara and Jess Richardson. William also leaves 12 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 20, 2016, at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, in West Memphis, Arkansas. Interment will be at Memphis Memory Gardens, Memphis, Tennessee.
