Helen Maxine Myrick, age 83, of Harrison, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2015, at Highlands of Harrison at Tims. She was born December 29, 1931, in Chimes, Arkansas, the daughter of Dewey M. and Leona (Drewry) Guilliam. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Myrick; two sons, Gary and Brent Dell Wallis; and her brother, Thomas Guilliam.

Helen was a member of Olvey Bible Church. She worked 18 years and Hudson Grocery and also at Obermans Garment Factory for several years. She enjoyed sports and played basketball while attending Bellefonte High School with her team winning State.

Helen is survived by her son, Bobby Dale Wallis; her sister, Hazel Graham; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was Tuesday at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

Funeral service was Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at Olvey Bible Church, with Brother Bobby Brown officiating.

Interment was in Bellefonte Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Leon Edwards, Monte Estes, Bob Estes, Wayne Estes, Mitchell Blankenship and Don Smith.

Honorary Pallbearers: Karen Simmons, Leslie Hunt, and the members of Olvey Bible Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Olvey Bible Church, 9648 Highway 62 East, Harrison, AR 72601.
