JOE W. CRIGLER OBITUARY

Joe W. Crigler, age 86, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015, in Harrison. He was born July 10, 1929, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The Son of Claude Crigler and Myrtle Lena Johnson. Along with his parents, Joe was preceded in death by brothers Walter Crigler and Ollen Crigler.

Joe was an Arkansas native and worked in medical sales management. He was a Korean War veteran and served in the Air Force. Joe also was a aircraft mechanic and worked for Boeing Industries, as well as Exxon. Joe was a huge college basketball fan and absolutely loved the Wichita State Shockers, as he lived many years in Wichita, and was also a big Razorback fan. Joe and Donna spent many of their years in California, Kansas, and Arkansas.

Joe is survived by his wife Donna Cheek Crigler of the home and a son, Donald Crigler (Angie), and grand-daughter Sarah Crigler of Wichita Kansas.



Visitation for Joe was held Saturday, July 18, 2015, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home in Harrison, Arkansas.

Interment was at Old Mission Mausoleum in Wichita, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Walnut Hill Cemetery, PO Box 9, Cotter Arkansas, 72626.

I was so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I know the folks adore y'all as neighbors, and he will be sorely missed in the neighborhood. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
