Janet Pittman, age 77, of Harrison, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2012, at Apple Ridge Nursing and Rehab in Harrison. She was born on January 9, 1935,
in Ontario, California, the daughter of Ray Edward and Bessie Mae (Crutchfield) Craig. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters,
Wanda Greer and Marylynn McCuen. Janet retired from the USDA where she was an inspector.
Janet is survived by her loving husband, Norman Pittman, of the home; her sons, Ron Pittman of Harrison, Mike Pittman of Berryville, Arkansas, and David Pittman of Green Forest, Arkansas; and her daughter, Teri Keller, of St. Joseph, Missouri.
Janet is also survived by her sister, Eva Louise Tardallo, of Reno, Nevada; eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and many dear friends.
Visitation was Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
Funeral service was Thursday, April 12, 2012, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Rev. Rob Davis officiating.
Pallbearers were Ron Pittman, Mike Pittman, David Pittman, JR Pittman, Justin Pittman and Mike Keller.
Interment was in Maplewood Cemetery.
