Michael Ray Russell, age 62, of Marvell, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Marvell. Mike was born January 11, 1956 in Helena to the late Raymond and Dorothy Russell. He was a member of the Marvell First United Methodist Church and he worked as a truck driver.
Mike is survived by his wife, Belinda; three sons, Joseph Wade Russell of Carlisle, Michael Ray Russell, II and Justin Cody Russell, both of Marvell; one daughter, Amanda Russell Meek (Chad) of Lonoke; two grandchildren, Grant Meek and Landon Meek; brother, Scott Russell (Sherry) of Marvell; sister-in-law, Bonnie Harper (John) of Elaine; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service for Mike Russell will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Brother Luke Watson will officiate.
Pallbearers are Billy Ray Logan, Stevie Barnett, Johnny Dollar, Don Street, Robert Campbell and Allen Little. Honorary pallbearers are Ricky Helton, Randy Lee, Dustin Smith and Johnny Walker.
Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870) 572-2571.
