Barbara S. Snowden, 67, of Lexa, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 in Helena, Arkansas. Barbara was born August 25, 1947 to Claude Houk and Thelma Switzer Houk in Nettleton, Arkansas.
Barbara is survived by five sons, Darrell Williams (Vickie) of McCroy, Steven Williams of Lexa, John Williams (Debbie), Scott Snowden (Mary Elizabeth) of Stuttgart, Arkansas and Jason Snowden (Alisha) of Stuttgart; three daughters, Barbara Western (Glenn) of Conway, Arkansas, Karen Brazzell of Des Arc, Arkansas and Kristy Hart (Billy) of Lexa; a host of cousins, friends and Family at Crestpark. She was preceded in death by her parents; two grandchildren Johannah Snowden and Heather Brazzell.
Services will be Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Roller-Citizens Chapel at 2:00 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Chapel burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Marie, I have many good memories of your mom and spending time at your home as a teenager. You are and always have been a great friend. You and the rest of the family are and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. There will be good days and bad days.
