Condolences to all of Tinker's family. Tinker was "one of a kind" and will be missed by many people. If he read or heard anything, especially the history of his family, he never forgot it. The many years he volunteered on the Paint Rock Cemetery Board are appreciated and should forever be remembered. My cherished memories will be of him sitting on his front porch, always ready to have a conversation about history or current events. I am so grateful the Lord took Tinker home quickly so he did not have to suffer for too long. GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU TINKER.

Tinker was a landmark of the Paint Rock Community. I do not remember a decoration that the first thing we saw when we drove up was Tinker sitting on the front porch of the building. Although he did not venture very far from his roots, his reading allowed him to discuss many topics and happenings around the world. Decoration will not be the same. Tinker, you are already missed.
