Lawrence Joseph Schluterman, 60 of Subiaco, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at his home. He was born on January 7, 1957 in Paris to his parents Emil J. and Patricia (Geels) Schluterman. He was a United States Army Veteran serving time in Korea, worked as a flooring specialist for many years and was a member of the St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco.
He is preceded in death by his father, Emil J. Schluterman and his sister, Margaret Ann Schluterman.
He is survived by his daughter, Laura Jo Murray and husband Ben of Scranton; his sons, Joey Schluterman of Chicago, Illinois and David Schluterman of Subiaco; his mother, Patricia (Geels) Schluterman of Subiaco; two sisters, Janie Karns and husband Jeff of Charleston and Judy Schlaf and husband Kenny of Subiaco; six brothers, Michael ''ML'' Schluterman and wife Linda of Fort Smith, Charles Schluterman and wife Debbie of Scranton, Victor Schluterman and wife Sylvia of Subiaco, Vincent Schluterman and wife Lorri of Subiaco, Justin Schluterman and wife Kathy of Subiaco and Walter Schluterman and wife Shilo of Hartford; three grandchildren, Izabell Murray, Miles Schluterman and Phinley Schluterman and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosary service will be held at 7:45 p.m., on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, June 9, 2017 at St. Benedict Catholic Church officiated by Fr. Mark Stengel O.S.B.. Burial will follow in St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Pallbearers will be his brothers.

Lawrence was always a nice guy. He had time to talk and his laugh was unique. He will be missed by many. Prayers to the whole family.
Chris (Jasper) asked that I sign in absence for him. He said that he really enjoyed getting back in touch with him when he came back several years ago.
