Latica Dawn (Davis) Schluterman, 32 of Subiaco, Arkansas passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017 in Subiaco. She was born on December 18, 1984 in Fort Smith to her parents Wayne and Frankie (Swanson) Davis. She worked several years as a Pharmacy Technician for Rose Drug and Medi-Quick Pharmacies in Paris and for the past several years was a stay at home mother. Latica was a member of the St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco and the Logan County Piecemakers Quilt Guild.
She is preceded in death by two grandfathers, Cecil Swanson and Richard Tuhn.
She is survived by her husband of ten years, Curtis Schluterman of Subiaco; her son, Logan Schluterman of Subiaco; her parents, Wayne and Frankie Davis of Paris; her sister, Breanna Davis of Paris; her maternal grandmother, Judy Tuhn of Iowa and paternal grandmother, Brenda Masters of Subiaco.
Rosary service will be held at 7:45 p.m., on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco.
Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at St. Benedict Catholic Church officiated by Fr. Mark Stengel. Burial will follow in St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Pallbearers will be Steve Ross, Tyler Ross, Cecil Swanson, Cecil Davis, Brian Davis and Mitch Davis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Neal Schluterman, Doug Schluterman, Wesley Schluterman, Joseph Swanson and all of her Schluterman first cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Logan Schluterman College Education Fund at First National Bank in Paris.

I was Latica's third grade teacher and what a student she was. Such a hard worker always making sure she did her best at everything she did. The only student I remember daily wanting to take a book to recess because she was at the best part. I would see her sitting on her book while she ate lunch waiting for the minute she would be able to find the perfect spot to read. Her mom always such a good parent to come to the parties and help out. I pray for her family during this sad time. Quilting brought Latica & me together...as a member of the Logan County PieceMakers Quilt Guild getting to know Latica was delightful. Her artistry, coupled with her can-do spirit meant that nothing was beyond her abilities...She won the People's Choice award at the 2016 Frontier Day celebration....we were all thrilled for her. We have missed her sunny disposition as she dealt with her illness. My husband & I send love to Logan & Curtis.
