My sincere sympathy is with all the Walker family. I remember seeing her with Betty some around town when she was able over the years. God sure did bless this dear saint of God with a long life she was a great influence in church. Such a good talented Christian lady that is now in Heaven rejoicing with her lord.

We are so sorry for your loss and your in our prayers. I remember when Heather and I went to Effie's house along time ago and she made us some chocolate rolls. They were so good and she wanted to give us a pot holder. I still have mine and use them daily even though it's been 20 plus years. Effie was such a sweet person and will be missed by many.

I feel so blessed to have spent time with Aunt Effie last week. Always loved coming to Uncle Ray and Aunt Effie's house. Have the best memories. She made wonderful quilts and crocheted items. I think because of her, Grandma Walker and my mother, I also have this love of creativity. Miss the homemade ice cream and biscuits, and all the times we were together during summer visits. Great times! Blessed to have her as my Aunt.

Great Aunt Effie was an incredible lady! So many wonderful memories of her! She had so many talents and such patience and I am blessed to have been taught some of them! Her and my Granny (Verna Walker) spent many weekends together and it was then that they taught me how to sew and crochet! What a wonderful legacy to pass down! She will be greatly missed. Prayers to all the family.

Aunt Effie was always such a special woman to me. I remember her coming to my Grandma Morris' home when I was a child. We always had fun. My mom, EffieGene, was named after Aunt Effie. She passed away a little over a month ago. Our sympathy goes our to Aunt Effie's children and grandchildren. She will surely be missed.

Aunt Effie,
What a special lady! I have so many fond memories of her and how much she loved her family. I can remember as a little girl how she would take me into the kitchen and let me have anything I wanted, but she would always let me have coffee and a biscuit at the table with all the adults at family gatherings. Aunt Effie has truly made a impact on many lives and we have all been blessed by having her in our lives. We will miss her but heaven has a new angel today.
