Flonnie Gunter McCorkle, died August 8, 2017. She was born in Vilonia on October 11, 1929 to Arthur and Mae Gunter.

She moved to North Little Rock in 1952 and was employed by the Credit Bureau of Little Rock, later known as Chilton Corp.

Flonnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 49 years, Harry McCorkle, and three sisters.

She is survived by two sons; Danny (Lynne) and Jerry (Vivian), and her daughter; Sherrie Dianne, two sisters; Peggy Pettey (Ensley) and Betty Davis (Jim), five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter, and nieces and nephews.

Service will be Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11 a.m., at Roller-Owens Chapel, 5509 John F Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, AR 72116 (501-791-7400) with visitation at 10 a.m., prior to the service. Burial will follow at Vilonia Cemetery, Vilonia, AR.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Mission Fund at Levy Church of Christ, 5124 Camp Robinson Rd., North Little Rock, AR 72118.
