Had a good time serving together. Rip Brother
I just heard of this two days ago and was floored, to say the least.
James was a top notch helicopter mechanic, whose work was impeccable and who's excellence you could always depend on. Great sense of humor in all situations. It was a pleasure to serve our nation along side him. Many fond memories of James flood my mind.
I Pray his son is adjusting following this loss. I offer Prayers for his family. RIP, my friend.
I first met James in 1988 and I saw him last in the Summer of 2014. He was a hard worker and an achiever. But, he was always a great team member. He will be missed.
So sorry to hear of James passing. I knew him when we were kids in the neighborhood. He used to "pop wheelies" in front of my house and ride on one wheel all the way to the railroad tracks. I thought he was the coolest thing on 2 feet...my 1st crush. He obviously was a wonderful man also. I have always said the best people grew up in Levy. Peace and comfort to his loved ones.
God Bless your family! An honor to know you! #TOUGHOMBRE
RIP
James was my Junior High (8th grade) boyfriend. How do you forget that! I can remember how special he was back then. Loving motorcycles at such a young age. Always riding his motorycle up the hill to my house. I pray his family finds peace and comfort in their love and many memories of James. James is someone to be proud of.

James was an excellent Soldier and Army civilian employee. I was fortunate to work with him in various capacities. He was thoroughly professional but didn't take himself too seriously. May he rest in God's eternal peace and may his family be comforted.
James was a true friend and will be dearly missed. He was always easy going with a smile even when he was in his worst states of health. His example and presence will always be remembered. Godspeed to a good man.
Mr. Sheehan will be greatly missed he was one of my supervisor's at the 90th RRC when I was stationed there in 2005. He was always willing to help out anyway he could and always, always had a smile on his face.

Sorry, to here about James. I found out about it on Thursday afternoon, but for some strange reason on Wednesday afternoon I thought about James all day wondering were he was and what he was doing, I think he can to visit me .
I am very sorry hear about James. He was my first best friend when my family moved to North Little Rock from Nebraska. The times we spent together during high school were some of the best times of my life. We had a blast. I will cherish those memories. My thoughts and prayers are with his entire family. Rest in peace my friend.
Nancy and Pat
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear James. You are surrounded by my love and prayers. And my deepest sympathy at this difficult time.
James was my neighbor/friend. He was quietly strong, thoughtful, kind, and was always thinking about how to help his troops, one being my husband. James literally went the extra mile for you, and even when he was enduring the rigors of his liver transplant, he would laugh, smile, even making a special trip all the way to Texas just to help a friend in need. I was blessed to know him and count myself double blessed to be able to have counted him as a true friend. The world is diminished for his loss. His characteristic smile and easy laugh were authentic, and his warrior-leader spirit was an example that many were elevated by. Love to you, James; prayers for your family and friends. You are missed.
A great Soldier, co-worker, and friend, James set the standard in those areas for all of us who knew him. I am praying that God will bless and keep his family during this time of loss.
What a great guy! He'll be forever missed and forever loved.
You've been a great stepdad. You have been there for me and my girls. Thank you for serving our country and being the great and thoughtful person you have been. You will be missed dearly by many of people. Tell mom I love her in heaven. Love you bunches!
I am so sorry to hear about James. He was my first best friend when my family moved to North Little Rock from Nebraska many years ago and we remained good friends all through high school. I have only the best memories of our friendship and the fun we had in high school. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this very difficult time.
RIDE SAFE IN HEAVEN.
sorry for your loss May God bless you and yours prayers for the family
It really saddens me to hear about James. We worked together for many years at the the 90th. He was a good friend, and a great Soldier. Ill miss talking about cars and motorcycles with him.
I'm sorry to hear of James tragic passing. He was a fine soldier and a model NCO. He could always be counted on to accomplish whatever task he was assigned and do an outstanding job. He was also an outstanding example for the junior NCO's and enlisted members to emulate. He looked out for his soldiers' welfare and ensured that they were trained for the responsibilities they would face in the future.
But James did all this while being a fun guy to be around. He had a great attitude and laughs were often heard when he was present. His smile was infectious and he always had a good story. He was a good soldier and a good man. He will be missed.
James was a good soldier, an outstanding civil servant, and a good friend. He will be missed.
James, much too soon. The world needs more people of your caliber. I am so grateful for all the time around you. Thank you for adding so much to my life. Bye dearest friend. BTW, you get to plan the reunion since you are there first.
I'm so saddened to hear about James. He was always such a big help during the time that we worked together at the 90th RSC and was a friend when we no longer worked together. He was always easy going and friendly -- I was always happy to see him around NLR. I will miss him.
My condolences and prayers to his family
Very sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one. Prayers to the family.
I consider myself lucky to have known James many years ago. That smile and laugh of his always lit up the room. More recently our paths crossed again. He was the same caring and loving man he always was. Its with great sadness that all of our lives won't be as bright with his absence. My sincere condolences to his family.
I'm sadden to learn of Jame’s untimely death. I met him while assigned to FEMA as a Regional Emergency Prepardedness Liaison Officer. His support for the team was unrelenting. You could always count on him. He always had the answer to whatever questions at hand. He was a true professional.
May our Lord bless and comfort the family during this time of grief. Please accept my sincere condolences.
Remembering my association with this good family. BH
James was a quietly courageous yet unpresumptuous, easy going and down-to-earth good person who had a positive impact upon many people he worked with throughout his military and civilian career and on into his retirement. He made it a habit of staying informed and those who knew him could always count on what he told them. He made friends easily and kept friends for life. James, thank you for all that you did for so many and for me. You were a genuinely good person.
