I taught mathematics at Little Rock Central High for six years and one of the students that I remember as a very fine young man was Dennis Heffington. I have no way of confirming if this is the same person as your loved one, but I thought you might find comfort in knowing that he was part of many good memories for me as a teacher. If my memory serves me, he would have graduated in about 1970. I hope your good memories will give you comfort during this difficult time.
Regards,
Donna Foss (Payne)
Donna and Dennis Jr. my prayers for you and for Dennis. Another angel earned his wings. I'm only 10 minutes away if you need anything!
