Elbert O. Bradley, 77, of West Memphis, AR died February 21, 2017. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to Thad and Lucille Bradley on March 11, 1939. Elbert is survived by his sister Geraldine Bradley Brown. His four children Alan Bradley, Tony Bradley (Teresa), Teresa Bradley West (Keith), Holly Brown (Jay), his seven grandchildren Brent Bradley (Candi), Bradley West (Elizabeth), Mallory Bradley, Lauren Bradley, Eric Bradley, Chelsea Winders (K.J.), Eryn Brown and seven great grandchildren Kaydence, Charlie, Owen, Kollen, John Wiley, Hayden and Kendal. Mr. Bradley was proceeded in death by his wife Frances Forbus Bradley, his parents Thad Jeff and Lucille Bradley, his brothers D.W. Bradley and Jesse Wayne Bradley.
Elbert was a veteran of the Army National Guard and a member of the Grand Lodge of Arkansas in West Memphis Masonic Lodge #737. Elbert was a Gideon and a West Memphis Fireman. Upon retirement, Elbert was a million-mile driver member and a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Memphis Union #667.
Elbert owned Bradley Construction and served his community as a baseball coach for many years and as a deacon of the Second Baptist Church and later the Cornerstone Baptist Church. Elbert was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Arkansas Razorbacks fan.
Any donations the family asks be sent to Gideon's International or Masonic Lodge #737, West Memphis, AR.
Visitation will be 5:00-6:00 p.m. for family and 6:00-8:00 p.m. for friends, Thursday, February 23, 2017 with funeral services at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2017 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 Pine Street, West Memphis, AR. Burial will be in Crittenden Memorial Park, Marion, AR
