Frances M. Arms, 80, of West Memphis, Arkansas passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017 at Methodist Germantown Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Lillie Burch, her husband of 62 years Roy Arms, and a son Randy Arms, and five brothers, Mitchell, Olan, James, Bobby and Sammy Burch.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelby Hobbs (Glenn) of West Memphis, AR; four grandchildren, Jeannie Crader (Chad), Ashley Shirley (Patrick), Clayton Arms, and Callie Arms and five great grandchildren. Two sisters, Barbara Bly of Salem, AR; Brenda Cherry of Crawfordsville, AR; three brothers, Eugene Burch of Marion, AR; Nolan Burch of Iuka, MS; and Johnny Burch of Bartlett, Tn.
