Charles Douglas Collins, 76, of West Memphis died Wednesday February 1, 2017 at the V. A. Medical Center in Memphis.
Mr. Collins was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and retired dispatcher for Swift Motor Lines, and a U. S. Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife Charleen Collins.
He is survived by three sons, Garry Collins of Franklin, TN; Jerry Collins of Murfreesboro, TN; and Jon Collins of Proctor, Ar.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Mr. Collins was one of favorite customers at Walgreens Pharmacy. I was fortunate to see him occasionally after I left the company. He was always willing to give me joke to cheer me up. It hurts my heart to hear of his passing. I'll be thinking of your family during this time.
