Charles Roy Collins Jr. 87, of West Memphis died Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at his home in West Memphis.
Mr. Collins retired from The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 474 and was a U. S. Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife Edna Osine Smith Collins.
He is survived by his son, Johnny Wayne Elliott (Sandra) of Marion, AR; a sister, Patty Luna of San Antonio, TX; two grandchildren, Wayne Elliott (Shawn) and Jennifer Mauldin (Matt) and two great-grandchildren Ruthie Elliott and John Elliott.

I am sorry for the loss of Mr. Buddy. I was a housekeeper for them. I'll always remember both of them. She loved her classic movies and he loved Jeopardy. She had me to bake her an old fashioned rice pudding once. He loved working outdoors. Both of them were special. Praying for your family to have comfort. They knew me as Pat.
