Frances M. Moore, 81, of Wynne was born December 7, 1934 in Pontotoc County, MS the daughter of the late Huey William and Zula Mae Kennedy. She was a bargeline cook for 24 years and an active member of Wynne Baptist Church. She loved cooking for her family and friends, fishing and working in her yard. Ms. Moore is survived by her sons; Joe C. Moore, Jr. ( Donna) of Patterson, Kenneth R. Moore, Sr. ( Judy ) of Wynne. Also surviving is her daughter Marilyn Sissy Ervin of St. Joseph, MO along with grandchildren Joe C. Moore, III, Katy Moore, Michelle Behler, Cissy Lynn Behler, Kenneth and Cassie Moore and Wil and Amy Moore. Frances is proudly survived also by nine great grandchildren; Emma Behler, Faith Behler, Amelia Behler, Shelby Moore, Kasen Moore, Preslee Moore, Haven Moore, Harrison Moore, and Hayes Moore. Sisters of Mrs. Moore that survive her include Peggy ( Larry ) Gray , Lucile Baker, and Barclay ( Logan ) Lackey all of Forrest City. Brothers that survive her are L.W. ''Dub'' ( Diane ) Kennedy and Gary Dewayne ( Susan ) Kennedy both of Forrest City in addition to being survived by serval nieces and nephews. Ms. Moore is preceded in death by her parents ; her husband, Joe C. Moore, Sr. and infant sister, Anna Mae Kennedy; a brother Charles Buddy Kennedy and a sister Mary Kennedy Carter. The children of Ms. Moore wish a special thank you to all the hospice care providers and River Ridge Nursing Home for the exceptional care and love given to their mother. In addition, a thank you to Wynne Baptist Church staff and all her close friends who showed her such love over the years and during this time. The family request memorials be sent to Wynne Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society. The family will receive their friends from 10am-11am Thursday July 14, 2016 at Wynne Baptist Church with funeral services following at 11 am in the church auditorium. Interment will follow in Hughes Cemetery in Forrest City, Arkansas.
