Evie Eugene Boone, 92, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 in Southaven, MS.
Mr. Boone was a 32nd degree Mason, as well as a Shriner and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Corley and Mazie Plyer Boone; a step-mother, Maudie Boone; and 2 sisters, Naomi Maynard and Judy Sykes.
Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Ann Boone; 5 daughters: Sue Atwood, Eva Jean O'Neill, Bonnie Sullivan (Bo), Sharon King (Joe) and Tammy Maxwell; 7 sons: Gene Darby (Teresa), Larry Boone (Debbie), Donny Boone, Sonny Boone (Vaniece), Corley Boone, Ronnie Turner (Carol) and Laverne Turner; 2 sisters, Ruth Boone and Susie Wright; 2 brothers, Alton Boone and C.L. Boone; 28 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, AR. Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 10:00 am.
Interment will be at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, AR.
