James Clifton Busby, 78, of Brighton, TN passed away on Friday, February 13, 2015. Mr. Busby was a member of Brighton First Assembly of God; a veteran Command Sargent Major in The Army National Guard and a Mason.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Greek P. Busby and Mary Belle Busby.
Survivors of Mr. Busby include his wife of 60 years, Nina Busby; two sons: Tony Busby (Carolette) of Dover, AR and David Busby (Anita) of Brighton, TN; 4 grandchildren: Dalton Busby, Brittany Busby, Angie Collins and Cindy Busby; 6 great-grandchildren: Bryson Huff, Dawson Huff, Ethan Winkley, Isaiah Huff, Zion Meadows and Moriah Meadows; and a brother, Cecil Busby of Tipton, TN.
Nina - I am so sorry to hear about the loss of the love of your life, James. I cannot imagine the pain you are feeling now. I am praying for you and your family during this time and for the difficult days ahead. God bless you and your sweet family.
From Mac and I we are so sorry about our BUZZ!!! I know Dad is happy to see him in Heaven they have a lot of catching up to do. We will all miss him dearly both during church services and here at DELTA. We love you and if there is anything please let me know.

Nina, so sorry for your loss. James was a dear friend to my husband Jimmy. Jimmy loved working with him at Bowman. We both thought a lot of you and James. I will be praying the Lord will give you and the boys the strength you will need now and the days ahead. I know if it hadn't been for the Lord I would not have made it when Jimmy died. My precious brother in law is with Jesus now. He & my Daddy are no doubt talking about gardening. I loved James with all my heart. He was a fine man. He lived his family. He adored my Sister ( his wife of 60 years.) he was so good to her. We will be with him again one day soon. Praise God for that! Praying for strength in abundance for us all.
