Mr. Waldrop, a Equipment Broker, was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church. He is survived by his wife, Pat (Whistle) Waldrop of West Memphis, AR; one daughter, Lori Busby of West Memphis, AR; one son, Larry Shane Waldrop of West Memphis, AR; one Granddaughter, Molly Grace Busby and his Mother, Oleata (Pruitt) Waldrop of Alabaster, AL.
