Chelsea Michaels Lancaster, born November 30, 1991, died at home on Friday, January 27, 2017.

She struggled with drug addiction for a number of years and though she longed to conquer that disease, it ultimately claimed her life.

Chelsea departed too soon, but will always be remembered for her sweet disposition and caring heart.

She leaves behind her father, Scott J. Lancaster (Alisa) and brother, Brittnam J. Lancaster, all of Batesville; and her paternal uncle, Eric Smith of Maumelle; as well as her mother, Kimberly Lancaster; her maternal grandfather, David Schoenberger; and maternal uncle, Michael Schoenberger; all of Searcy.

Chelsea was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Oscar J. Lancaster; paternal Grandmother, Anita Lancaster Smith; maternal grandmother, Mary Schoenberger.

The family is thankful for the many heartfelt condolences and offerings.

Following cremation, a private memorial will be held by immediate family members.

I will always remember her big smile and say hey kelli with her mom beside her side supporting her! She cared and loved her dearly. She will be missed in all our hearts! Prayers sent to all the family members!
